We hereby announce that ARKRAY, Inc. has reached an agreement with Shino-Test Corporation (Head Office: Tokyo; President: Satoshi Tsukada) to transfer the business of the glycohemoglobin A1c measurement reagent CinQ HbA1c, manufactured and sold by our manufacturing division, ARKRAY Factory, Inc.
The business transfer is scheduled to take place within 2026.
